Get rid off those trouble areas, where mowing is not easy and where the sprinkler system is not really needed. At this property TTL installed a contractors grade landscape fabric, nothing compared to Home Depot's or Lowe's Products! Ours is better in quality and price. Then the bull rock came in! Nice, clean looking and extremely low maintenance! just blow the leaves off the rocks once in a while and voilá!!
